Deadpool managed to do !slay * which got everyone on the server killed. He later on says sorry and further explains  how * were close to another button which lead to this whole mass of death to occur. The only question im left with is why were the !slay command even used

Thank you Toby, for making a report.  If I may, I will explain my side of the story or event, its not really a story.  Anyways, I was stuck in multiple people in the spawn area because there is only so much places to spawn in.  I decided to slay myself to get unstuck. (It should be noted that I should have typed kill in the console, so that this entire event would have never happened.)  What I meant to type in was !slay ^.  What I typed in instead was !slay *.  Now, this is not an excuse, but I don't have good motor skills.  I tend to always type something wrong in the chat or in ban reasons.  I accidentally hit the * key instead of the ^ key.  Again, I apologize profusely for what happened.  Such actions will not occur ever again.

Everyone makes mistakes, even staff members. I think that Cap/Deadpool has shown that he did not mean to carry out such actions and apologized to everyone already, so I'm letting this be.
