What did the player do that was against the server rules?: I'm going to number these out.
1. He is abusing his VIP rank by attempting to ban somebody for just talking and being "annoying".
2. He was also mingeing the same person by making a no collide car and driving into the base and he also put land mines and naval mines outside the base so he could break in.
3. He prop spammed the server ( Sorry i couldent get an actual screenshot because i had left by then and i got it from Car Guy on Discord).
