Terrible application. To start off, you haven't even followed the format, has terrible spelling and grammar (extreme amounts of lazy typing - even a simple browser spell checker would detect this, no excuse) and if you want to be staff, you have to tell us your age in order to make sure you meet the requirements for staff. It's the amount of years you've been on earth, I really wouldn't be worried about it.
