What did the staff do that was abusing his powers?: This is not rely an abuse report. Doctor has been inactive for about 5 months, when talking to him on Team Speak, he clearly doesn't even know how to warn a user. This shows he doesn't know how to do the job of a moderator. Yes he is my friend but this can not go unnoticed for longer. He has also been a little careless with following the rules. For example, he spawn killed Smoooof and said, "Oh well he killed me before." He said this after i told him to not spawn kill as if making an excuse.
