Did Wario say that?
Yes, in his debut appearance in Mario Tennis

He's definitely anti-statist - his debut appearance in SML2 starts off with him taking over Mario's castle. He doesn't answer to any authority figure, like Mario does to Peach, and Luigi does to Peach. Adding to this, his motorcycle almost definitely doesn't meet highway regulations. However, I'm not quite sure what his opinion on the market may be.

He seems to support the gold standard (see: Coins, WarioWare Gold), and is characterized by his greediness. I believe this might be enough to support the claim, but his opinion on the market may still yet to be determined.

He also owns his own company and doesn't pay his workers minimum wage (if there even is one, where he resides.)

Another question to be asked is if Wario supports the NAP (Non Aggression Principle). I'm fairly sure that throwing turtle shells and other various objects is violating the NAP - however, if Wario felt that his sovereign rights were being stepped on and this was the only appropriate course of action, this may be an exception.

I look forward to the 12,000 pages of discussion on this.

I think you're just a fag

Going off the assumption that this statement is true, it sounds to me something like radical social Darwinism, this radical form of social Darwinism aligns more with the views and values of the alt-right. And as we have seen through out almost every game Wario is in he is desperate to grab as much money as possible supporting his max taxation theory implying he’s right leaning. But this is just my opinion.

Without a doubt, Wario is definitely right leaning. It's just up to us to determine with he believes in on the authoritarian scale. You do have some very good points, however there's no evidence that Wario would tax all his people - it's very ambiguous and most definitely up for interpretation.

As I said previously, Wario broke off from the castle in Super Mario Land 2, and wanted liberty for those who joined him, and to create a government of his own for those that joined his revolution. Now, we're not sure if this government was planned to be Libertarian - but we most definitely can prove that Wario hated Peach's monarchy, and did not want to be any part of that.

One major proponet to Wario's libertarianism - he always needs funding. Throughout all of his games, the main goal is to collect as much gold and treasure as possible. This poses a question: what is this money for? Let me paint you a picture - perhaps Wario isn't greedy, he's just trying to create a great libertarian enclave in the Mushroom Kingdom for the people. Another interesting fact is that Wario is always seen with garlic, holding it closely to him all the time. Maybe it's not only to ward off vampires, but will be the symbol of Wario's libertarian paradise, like the Hammer and sickle to the Soviet Union, or the Swastika to Nazi Germany. Of course, I'm most definitely not the greatest political commentator, so I will leave it up to the people to make their own decision on this heated debate.
