-1: Formatting is incorrect. Grammar is somewhat broken, a handful of spelling errors, and you can't seem to get capitalization correct with plenty of errors in that regard. Quite a bit of unnecessary info, especially under the "What is your Discord account?" question. Your supplied SteamID is in a different format than what should be supplied. You lack proper experience and show unprofessionalism, which is obvious from the tail end of the "What will you bring to the server?". Overall I don't think you're up for the job.
