Why did you get banned?: Talked shit to the staff team, intentionally crashed server.
Why do you want to get unbanned?: It has been a year since I was permanently banned and I'm terribly sorry for my actions in the past. In that year I have changed, a lot. I have been thinking about the server more and more and considered it as one of the best sandbox servers. I had a great time on there, and I regret doing horrible things to the community and the server itself. Due to many of my actions this request will get denied, but I wanted to take the time to say that I am sorry. Sorry that I misbehaved on behalf of the Neotek community. I want to start it all over and to come back. I promise I will behave and act myself according to the rules.
