Why do you want to get unbanned?: NeoTek is fun and the only sandbox server i enjoy alot of friends are on the server that are not on my friends list that i like to play with

Your behavior indicates that this ban is necessary to allow you to self-reflect on your behavior. I also noticed the fact that you're very impatient and feel the need to complain about not getting a response to the appeal in a 'timely' manner. You need to get your act together, and considering that you were warned multiple times before being banned, I think the ban should stand.
