While responding to an app, we will currently be using a new system of +1 and -1. If you like the application, and believe the person deserves moderator, put a +1 and why you believe so. Don't think they should be moderator? Just leave a -1.
This is not much different than our current system, just a little easier to determine the final results of the application.
