Why do you want to become moderator?:I want to become a moderator to show that the communities health and the safety of the players matter to me, and the other admins/moderators. I want to also make sure that the players follow the rules and don't get out of line. I have seen some trolls, people that are new and don't follow the rules, and people who simply don't care. I want to make sure that they do care, so players can come on to enjoy themselves and have fun! The Server it's self is amazing There are good amounts of people who join daily and the current staff are understanding and want to help as much as they can. I've been on many servers but this server caught my eye when i joined, and after several hours on it i felt like i wanted to help out and become staff eventually and work my way up not only that, but help the staff and the players!

What will you bring to the server?:I will try my best to bring a professional effort to the server by handling things seriously but in a positive way so that players don't get a negative attitude, and will calmly follow the rules without any issue. I Will also make sure that both sides of the story is heard from all players effected by the issue and that it is dealt with as soon as possible. The players of the server are the ones who matter the most they are the ones who make the server even possible, this is why i want to help keep it alive and healthy!

Why should choose we choose you over someone else, who could possibly have more experience?:Well I've had mod on other servers, and i use to run a Military RP Nut Script Server. But that doesn't prove anything to you or anyone here at neo tek. My goal here is to make sure that everyone does what they are suppose to do, and make sure that the server reaches the best it can be. I will try my best to make sure that people don't worry at all, and come back to the server knowing that they can enjoy themselves without any problems or uncomfortable situations! 

How many hours do you have on the server?:I have 14 Hours and 54 minutes on the neotek Server.

You have an okay application but you need to maybe read the rules a little more. And also running a server good server with players doesn't make you good staff but if you can prove me otherwise ill consider changing my rating but for now it remains -1

The application itself is grammatically insufficient and lacks overall effort. It is poorly constructed and has many simple spelling and grammatical errors, making it difficult to decipher sentences and what is actually meant. I've talked to you and you sound like a great person but that was only one time. I do not know that much regarding your personality and how you cope with staff situations. While I do believe that you maybe have had a successful Garry's Mod server, I'm not completely sold on the fact that it was successful or not. Maybe later you could give me a tip on who you worked with and maybe have a chat with them just to make sure.

Overall I'm rating this app as a -1 until changed otherwise.

I have seen that you have edited your application, which I was enthusiastic about, until I actually read it.

The application is still poor in the sense that it lacks quality and quantity. It doesn't really catch my eye with anything except for the fact that you added complete sentences for 1 word answers, which wasn't necessary, but I think it's a nice addition. Albeit meaningless, but I just find it as showing an over the top mentality. I do believe you can be staff eventually, but I want to see more from you before I decide, in my personal opinion at least, that you are staff material. My rating stays at a -1.

Basically, the same things as Alaskan said.

The application has multiple grammar and spelling errors and looks like a 5th grade writing assignment I would do. Trust me - if you were applying for a real job, expect your app to be skimmed through and thrown away.
You are a decent person, I doubt you would abuse you powers but I simply cannot support an application with such little effort put into it.

I've seen this player on the server, very nice and friendly and can follow the rules; however, multiple errors and a bit cliche like others have said. I haven't seen you around for too long so you don't have my full trust. For now my rating will be a -1. Good luck on the application!
