This can allow people to connect trailers to trucks (I.E GTASA trailer to a semi)

It's a base for other simfphys addons to use, say in the case of GTASA vehicles i believe it'd work with them. From what i've seen it literally just creates a ball socket between the truck & trailer. Simple but nice
